Chieri Calcio is the third largest soccer club in the province of Turin after Juventus and Turin and is among the leading amateur sports associations in Piedmont. Among its victories are the 2014 National Juniores Scudetto and the 2016/2017 Serie D CoppaItalia.
Chieri is also an Élite Soccer School. This recognition, delivered only after careful analysis by the Italian Football Federation (Federazione Italiana Giuoco Calcio), guarantees high-quality standards of the instructors, equipment, and methodologies, as well as the playing and training environment.
The incredible attention to Scuola Calcio is also evidenced by the numerous technical collaborations of Chieri Calcio with such prestigious clubs as RealMadrid, Barcelona, Torino and Juventus over the years.
The club also boasts the first "Stefano Sorrentino Goalkeeping School" entirely dedicated to the role of the goalkeeper and the "Chieri for Special," a team for disabled boys and girls, engaged in the Paralympic Games, and experimental IVCategory soccer championship, promoted by the FIGC, with the support of the CSI and the collaboration of all the members of the soccer world. The goal of the projects is to foster the growth of talented young people by improving their technique through targeted training designed to develop the next First Team and professional goalkeepers.
